Custom Photoshop extension panel with bespoke scripts for the ADAPT suite. Designed specifically for the 3D-to-2D department workflow and post artists. Features automatic layering and arrangement of all render layers and AOVs in the correct order, organized and set up for immediate work with additional passes for retouching and blending. Includes pre-built masks for all materials, pre-arranged CC and look folders with curves, precomp and grading workflows, and import into the main shot/backplate file. Additional tools for retouching, compositing, and 3D integration into 2D backplates.

Goal:
Develop a custom Photoshop extension panel to streamline the 3D-to-2D post-production workflow.
Approach:
Built as a Photoshop CEP/UXP extension with custom Python and JavaScript scripts. Automates render layer import, ordering, mask creation, and CC/look folder setup. Integrates precomp and grading into the main backplate file. Tools: Photoshop, CEP/UXP, Python, JavaScript.
Result:
Functional Photoshop extension panel used in production at ADAPT.
